The advanced geometric modelling module possesses the tools for the development and manipulation of digital models for analysis and visualization purposes. The tasks that can be accomplished with the available tools include simplex and complex geometry construction, scene creation, image processing, presentation, animation and filmmaking, and Web design.

The available modelling tools include wide spread software such as Architectural Desktop and 3D Studio, but also more sophisticated software such Mechanical Desktop, Autodesk Revit, Rhino and Catia. The tools for manipulating models include Photoshop, Macromedia Director, DreamWeaver, and Flash.

The lab has 18 desktop PCs and a laptop. The available peripherals encompass color and B&W printers, paper and slide sacnners, video and photo digital cameras, TV, VHS/CD/DVD readers and writers, and an LCD projector.
